Easy and Secure Online Pledging

We are pleased to continue our online giving option for the 2008 UA Cares campaign. Each employee will receive a paper pledge sheet as in the past, but you may submit payroll deduction gifts easily and securely online through Employee Link.

When you sign up for a payroll deduction pledge, you are agreeing to have a certain dollar amount deducted from the number of payrolls that you determine. Payroll deductions for the 2008 campaign will begin on the first pay period in January of 2009.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS ABOUT ONLINE GIVING:

Online system is for payroll deduction gifts only:
The online system is designed to accept payroll deduction pledges only. If you would like to pledge a one-time gift by check or credit card, please fill out a pledge sheet and return it with your payment to your department coordinator.

Do not duplicate your pledge online and on paper.
You may submit payroll deduction pledges online OR any type of gift with a paper pledge. Please do not submit both paper and online pledges!

HOW TO GIVE ONLINE:
Giving online is simple and easy. Go to Employee Link, and click on the UA Cares logo. Or go to Employee Link, Online Services and then select UA Cares.

By following instructions on the Employee Link - UA Cares option, you may give payroll deduction gifts through the UA Foundation, the United Way or both.

You will be given the option to print a pledge confirmation at the end of your online pledge process.
