Coordinator Orientations:
Coordinator Orientation Sessions will be held at the following times and
locations:
Main Campus:
- Friday, October 4, 2008; 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Swede
Johnson, Room 205 (New Coordinators)
- Wednesday, October 8, 2008; 8:30 am to 9:30 am, Student Union, Ventana Room (Returning Coordinators)
- Thursday, October 9, 2008; 8:30 to 9:30 am, Student Union, Agave Room (New Coordinators)
AHSC:
- Monday, October 6, 2008; 8:30 - 9:30 am, AHSC DuVal Auditorium (New
& Returning Coordinators)
Kick Off Event and Agency
Fair
The UA Cares campaign will officially kick off on Tuesday October 14. UA
Cares coordinators are invited to
breakfast and a brief program at 8:00 am in the Student Union South Ballroom. Stop by and talk
to representatives from a broad range of local non-profit agencies, the UA Faculty and Staff
Campaign, and your local United Way, and learn more about charitable programs in our community. Raffle tickets
are available for sale ($1 each and 6 for $5) and there are some terrific prizes. If you have questions about this

Culmination Event:
The Campaign officially closes on Wednesday, November 26, 2008.
Department campaign coordinators will
be invited to attend the final recognition event for the campaign on
Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 3:00 pm, location to be announced. If
